Preparation

Follow these steps to cook Opor Ayam:

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a pot and sauté the garlic, shallots, ginger, and galangal until fragrant.
  2. Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
