Preparation
1. Rinse the rice and cook it with 2 cups of water in a rice cooker or pot.2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
3. Add the diced chicken and cook until it changes color.
4. Add the chopped chilies, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, salt, and sugar. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
